Our experience has been that our customers know how they want their home to look, but are unsure of how to achieve that goal. As a female builder, I feel I can cater to those needs. We help by explaining possibilities that are available to them in creating that look. We specialize in using larger custom trim and detailing that make their home special and unique. Attention is placed on "sculpting" the home's interior for each client. Curb appeal can't stop at the exterior, but must continue through the front entry and throughout the interior. Aesthetics is what creates emotion.

VALUE - Real and perceived value are both essential. Ultimately, value is defined as competitive pricing. Customers buy when they feel the value is greater than the asking price. Our goal is to give each client as much house as we can for the money.

QUALITY/DURABILITY - Every buyer should expect quality and durability. We try to ensure that by remaining a small company and personally maintaining control of the job sites. If our subcontractors are on the job, we are there to supervise. Our philosophy is to use the same subcontractors and suppliers who know our expectations. Those who are treated fairly will treat you fairly in return. Creating a quality home requires reliable people who show up and take pride in their work.
